Peaks Annual Meeting

The Peaks Annual Meeting is held each year in late June for all residents and lot owners. Attendance is important to be current on the recent developments in the neighborhood. The format of the meeting follows Robert's Rules guidelines. There is a vote on new board members, discussion of the old business and new business, general announcements, committee sign - ups. The voting process includes all the members in attendance or by proxy who have their annual dues current. New actions are projected to be carried out by the elected volunteer Peaks POA board members .

The 2025 Peaks POA Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 21st at 10:00am Details will be distributed with the spring invoice and proxy.

Annual Peaks Dues

The Peaks Annual dues are invoiced in April of each year and are due by June 15th. Late fees will apply to payments received after July 15th.

Front Gate

The entrance to The Peaks is off Little Peak Creek Road in Jefferson, North Carolina. It is a gated entry with security surveillance. The gate code is updated annually. Lot owners and residents may purchase a remote for entry that will need to programmed by a Peaks board member. 

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE - All lot owners must submit a Architectural Review form for any new

construction ​or any alteration to their property.
